Citronella oil is obtained from different species of Cymbopogon.It was native to Asia, but because of its fragrance and benefits, it’s now grown worldwide. The oil is used as an ingredient in the perfume, cosmetic and flavoring industries, same as lavender oil, lemongrass oil, patchouli oil etc.
