Yes! xingzyuan aromatics use the highest quality natural ingredients, almost all of which are plant-based, to create 100% natural products! We believe in looking to our natural roots, and that the bare necessities for an uplifted everyday can be found in nature. That’s our motto in designing our products!
We source all our ingredients from ethical farms and certified producers across the worldwide, mostly from China.,wherever they’re naturally cultivated to keep them in the best quality!They’re then brought to our facilities to be produced, curated and packaged before sending them out to you!

Your personal data (any information which identifies you, or which can be identified as relating to you personally for example, name, address, phone number, email address) will be collected and used by us. We’ll only collect the personal data that we need. We collect personal data in connection with specific activities such as placing an order, conducting research, employment etc.

Shipping & Returns
At xingzyuan aromatics, we have developed a sophisticated software program that calculates the shipping costs on customer orders. Actual shipping charges are derived using a FEDEX and UPS shipping matrix that factors in the actual weight or the dimensional weight (Length x Width x Height), depending on which is greater. We then apply our heavily discounted volume rate that we contract annually with UPS and Fed Ex. The savings are then passed directly to the customer, and we do not charge any additional handling fees.
We use a completely integrated system to ensure that errors are not made. If customers make mistakes with entries, we will take every step possible to re-route the shipment; however, any additional charges as a result of customer errors will be billed directly back to the customer.
At xingzyuan aromatics, we place importance on your experience and we value your feedback. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site that has been unopened or opened, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
For any return(s), we will credit the refund amount back to the same way that you paid for the purchase within 3-7 business days once our warehouse has received your returned item(s).
Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by xingzyuanaromatics will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded or returned.
Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. If the shipping was free, don’t worry! We won’t deduct any shipping charges from the refund if we shipped the product free to you and you did not pay for any shipping when placing the order.
